All, First time I am seeing this in an eQUEST model, EUIs lower than expected based on CBECS surveys. Anyone come across seeing an EUI in the 60 to 80 range for an 80,000 sf., college building, computer labs and offices? I know ASHRAE baseline EUIs are expected to be lower than CBECs, but this one seems like an over-performer. Arpan
