[Bldg-sim] .gbXML format from Autocad

Does anyone knows how to export an autocad file to .gbxml format?

 

Trace 700 has the option in which I can import .gbxml format and it will
create all the rooms based on the drawing. So I want to save time doing
area take-offs and creating rooms.
