[Bldg-sim] How to submit LEED Adminstrative Inquiries CIR

Hello All,

 

I have a small query, Can any one please guide me How to submit CIR for
Administrative Inquiries in USGBC Website.

 

We are planning to submit CIR about LEED Certification for Residential
project outside US, with B+G+2 Floors. 

 

Please guide me
