Amit,

I don't have the fundamentals here, but I recall a dinstinction is made for
recommended ventilation rates based on the type of room considered:
operating, recovery, ... Furthermore, I know specific requirements exist
depending on the risk of infection for or from the patient.

So, I think you cannot simply state it as such. Maybe contact the research
group of Jan Hensen (Technical University Eindhoven), I know they have
worked on conditioning of operating rooms.
