[Bldg-sim] Unmet heating load hours

I'm actually going through the same issue.
 
If you haven't checked it already, CDS has a really good, informative video tutorial on their help website dealing with this very thing.  It's helped me in the past, almost as much as calling their tech support.

Hi all,
I am trying to build a Baseline Energy model for a building using TRACE and i have been having trouble with reducing the unmet heating load hours (below 300 to satisfy baseline performance). If any of you all have experience in ways that it could be reduced, please suggest me some methods. Your help is greatly appreciated.
I have tried certain things like changing the Hstat schedule but it seems not be helping a lot.
