Does anyone know of any studies or guidelines for various levels of
building simulations? What should it cost to do a building simulation?

I had received three quotes on modeling a building (to match existing
utility bills within 10%) that were quite disparate. It got me to
thinking about cost guidelines. Are there any? What do utilities use?
