[Bldg-sim] EE4-OBC Bug

Hello,

Has anyone run into issues with the report from EE4-OBC? My simulation shows that I have 16% savings over what I assume to be MNECB+OBC but it also states that the building does not comply with NRCAN criteria for new buildings. Is this version of the software still comparing the savings to the 25% threshold? Has anyone had any experience with this?
