[Bldg-sim] eQUEST DOE'2 properties dialog and spreadsheets

I have problem on one of the many computers (with identical systems).
 
The spreadsheet tab does not let me view anything, thus I cannot edit the
project when I am at the detailed interface
 
This problem seems to be related to being able to view the properties dialog
box, which i cannot.
 
Has anybody had this happen to them.
