[Bldg-sim] LEED CS 2009

Back in March, the LEED CS 2.0 point thresh-holds were modified to clarify how modelers should exclude tenant loads from their % improvements for EA c1. (as attached)

Does anyone know if this also applies to LEED CS 2009 ?

I can't find any documentation either way.
