Hi All,
            In one of Projects i have air cooled chillers (VAV system)
in Proposed Case and Packaged VAV system in base Case. I defined one
alternative of Proposed Case in which i changed VAV system to Packaged
VAV with COP decrement of 2.6 from 3.2 of Air cooled screw chiller my
energy consumption is going up as excepted but it is going up to  20%
which is a matter of concern .Just by changed the HVAC system from VAV
to PackagedVAV and reducing COP from 3.2 to 2.6 can bring  20% of
increment is it ok?
