[Bldg-sim] Free Cooling Savings Estimation

Hi,

I have got one hour data throughout the year for a location. I want to have
free cooling inside the building and the outside conditions are
also favorable for the same. Can you tell me how to predict the accurate
savings from practicing free cooling based on this hourly data
