[Bldg-sim] EE4 - Packaged VAV with Fan Powered Boxes

You can't directly model this system in EE4.  The only solution is to 
create your project in EE4 then edit the proposed .DOE file to add in 
the series fan powered box statements at each zone.  You then have to 
run the file from the command line.
