Try this:
$ Create a schedule for OA reset
SD-01-RC  = DAY-RESET-SCH
SUPPLY-HI  = 180
SUPPLY-LO  = 150
OUTSIDE-HI = 50
OUTSIDE-LO = 20
..

SY-01-RC = RESET-SCHEDULE
THRU DEC 31
(ALL)  SD-01-RC
..

Then in your plant, look at your Hot Water supply reset and make the
change below.
HW-SUPPLY-RESET     = LOAD-RESET.

This should work
