[Bldg-sim] Guidelines for Using gbXML with BIM

Bentley Systems has just released a white paper on using gbXML with BIM.  The white paper provides specific recommendations to ensure that users obtain high-quality gbXML output from their BIM tools. It also provides specific guidance for Bentley BIM products (Building Designer and Speedikon).
