[Bldg-sim] DOE2 - water source heat pumps and infloor heating

I am working on a project with water source heat pumps in each zone 
and some zones also have hydronic infloor heating (it could be 
hydronic baseboard heaters as well)- running on the same boiler plant 
as the WSHP units.

As far as I can determine, you cannot model this directly with 
DOE2.1e nor with DOE2.2 (equest).  Has anyone developed a work around 
for such a situation?
