[Bldg-sim] building regulations and SAP calculations

Dear,

the building regulations that are described in the compliances guides (e.g.
http://www.planningportal.gov.uk/uploads/br/BR_PDF_ADL1A_2010.pdf) are
supposed to be translated in the SAP calculation strategies.
But how can one know when what is going to be taken into account and how?
