[Bldg-sim] walk in cooler

Hussein,

I had this problem in 1985 when we simulated an ice rink with DOE-2. This was documented in the paper:

Haberl, J., Claridge, D. 1985. “Retrofit Energy Studies of a Recreation Center,” ASHRAE Transactions-Research, Vol. 91, Pt. 2, pp.

1421 - 1433 (June).

We seemed to be able to estimate the answer by raising the "A" in the "U x A x delta T" expression that relates to the conduction. A similar expression could be used to account for the heat gain from the infiltration/ventilation...

Subject: [Bldg-sim] walk in cooler

hello;
I am trying to simulate a walk in cooler in eQuest, but the zone entering supply air temperature under coil capacity/control, cooling control and reset is not allowing me to enter value below 55F. I need to set it up to 25 F. is there a way to overcome this problem.
thank you for your help
