[Bldg-sim] Energy consumption difference in E+ and Equest

Not sure how much this would be of help but the following link provides 
comparison of EnergyPlus results with analytical results and also 
comparison with the results of other simulation tools.

Don't know much about it but it may give you some idea about what the 
energy simulation results are with different simulation engines and also 
as compare to analytical results.
