[Bldg-sim] ventilation schedules for PTAC vs central outside air AHUs?

I was curious if anyone knew whether the following is allowed in
accordance with Appendix G (and/or LEED):

 

If have a hotel where the baseline system is PTAC, and those units are
intended to be the source of ventilation air, I have to have the fans
run continuously per Appendix G.

 

If my proposed building has a central OA delivery system that introduces
OA directly to each room, can I have that system run continuously and
allow my FCUs in each hotel room to run intermittently?
