[Bldg-sim] Existing Site Lighting for LEED Energy Modeling

Has anyone dealt with how to model existing site lighting for a LEED project? Should we be modeling both the proposed and baseline models with the existing fixtures or go through the motions of calculating baseline allowance through 90.1 for the baseline model and model the existing fixtures on the proposed design?

My intuition is that we go with the first strategy and model site lighting as the same on both (essential "neutral")

Thanks!
