As Sasa pointed out you can model green roofs in EnergyPlus, you will need info regarding LAI, stomatal resistance, etc. I would also recommend looking at this study where I looked into those variables you are mentioning as well as validating a green roof model.

is there anyone who knows about a tool or validation data to simulate or estimate the effect of the temperature and RH on a green roof and what the impact is of the temperature at the bottom-site of the green roof system?
