[Bldg-sim] Twin Cities/Minnesota IBPSA Chapter Kick-off meeting

We are starting a Twin Cities/Minnesota IBPSA Chapter. Our first meeting
is planned for 6:00 pm, October 24, 2011 at The Weidt Group offices. We
will be discussing our intent for the chapter, meeting frequency and
other logistical issues.
