Introductory and intermediate eQUEST (November 1-2, 2011)
Presented by Keith Swartz, PE, LEED AP and Lee DeBaillie, PE, CEM, LEED AP, Energy Center of Wisconsin
http://www.ecw.org/university/ecuevent.php?ecuid=408
Perform detailed building energy analyses using a sophisticated energy simulation environment. Explore the effects of design decisions on building energy consumption, energy demand, and energy cost. The eQUEST energy modeling tool provides various levels of user sophistication and functionality, making it useful for "big picture" early design decisions as well as the detailed fine-tuning of advanced building systems.

LEED energy modeling with eQUEST (November 3, 2011)
Presented by Amanda Bogner, PE, LEED AP, President, The Energy Studio, Inc.
http://www.ecw.org/university/ecuevent.php?ecuid=409
More and more building owners and developers are demanding LEED certification for their projects. To meet these stringent requirements, engineers need the skills to develop and document energy models that align with ASHRAE 90.1-2007, Appendix G, the energy efficiency standard that LEED certification requires. This course presents an in-depth overview of ASHRAE 90.1-2007 Appendix G and demonstrates how to develop baseline and proposed case models using the eQUEST energy analysis software. Common LEED documentation pitfalls will be discussed, along with tips on how to submit a successful energy model for LEED review.

COST
The registration fee for attending Introductory and intermediate eQUEST is $549, which includes continental breakfast, refreshments, and lunch each day. Attend all three days of eQUEST training for the discounted rate of $799.
