[Bldg-sim] water-cooled VRF in Energyplus

Dear All,

I am modeling an existing building which has a Water-cooled VRF HVAC system
for LEED. As it’s not yet possible to entirely model such a system in
Energyplus, I am not sure about the best approach to take. Should I model a
Water-cooled Heat pump or is there a better way to represent the system?

 

Has anyone already modeled this system for LEED?  Any tips are very welcome!
