Arpan,

This is also called a Subterranean Heating and Cooling System (SHCS). It seems difficult to model. Not only would you need to accurately model the solar and envelope loads through the greenhouse, but you would need accurate modeling of the stratification of air temperatures, heat and moisture transfer from the underground piping to the soil, from the soil back to the air, and ideally from the soil to the plants as well.

Hot air from the top half of the greenhouse volume is stored in a below grade heat sink using large ducts which extract air using a fan. (image below)
