[Bldg-sim] BIN weather files to Excel?

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a way to convert BIN files to Excel. I found that the DOE-2 Processor Utilities can convert BIN files into text files which could then be opened in excel.
The problem is that there is no instructions on how to use this.
