Download and substitute in 11 or 12 (change the location name in sheet 1 - does not change automatically)

12 - Template - Beijing � DOE2-Weather-Analysis - Long

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a way to convert BIN files to Excel. I found that the DOE-2 Processor Utilities can convert BIN files into text files which could then be opened in excel.
The problem is that there is no instructions on how to use this.
