[Bldg-sim] LEED baseline for data centers

Hi,

I am doing the LEED v3 EA credit for a large office building with a data center and wanted to see if anyone had any experience with this and knew what the baseline should be. In particular I wanted to know what standards (if any) there are for the following issues:

- IT load schedule (is it flat or staggered as in the proposals to 90.1 2010 and Title 24 2011)?

- CRAC/CRAH unit fans, is the basecase constant speed?

- Hot aisle containment, can you take credit for higher DT, lower airflow? If so, what is the baseline DT?

- Air and water-side economizers can you omit them in the baseline?

- CHW plant equipment, can you use a model that just meets the mandatory minimum equipment efficiencies?

Also, if anyone has reviewed any of the CIRs on this issue and has a cheat sheet of CIRs that would be helpful.

Thanks in advance,
