[Bldg-sim] IBPSA Welcomes Three New Affiliates

Greetings Building Simulationists,

Since the Building Simulation 2011 conference, the International Building Performance Simulation Association (IBPSA) board has approved three new IBPSA affiliates - IBPSA-Chile (approved in November 2011), IBPSA-Egypt and IBPSA-Ireland (approved March 2012).  This brings IBPSA to 26 affiliates worldwide representing more than 4200 individuals in more than 35 countries.
