[Bldg-sim] Transfer function method of TRNSYS

YuXiang,
   TRNSYS uses the Mitalas method. I gather, however, that some work has 
been going on between the École Polytechnique de Montréal and the 
Germant TRNSYS developer (Transsolar) to update the method
