[Bldg-sim] DOE 2.2 Simulation Output Reporting error

Hi Mike,

A long while ago I had a file where only some of the reports were
generated.  I can't remember which ones got left out or even if there was
an error associated with it.  It was one of those ghostly buys.

I think it had something to do with having an input in a greyed-out field
in the HVAC systems dialog that was still filled in from a previous
iteration of the file, but I can't remember exactly.  If you use user
defaults, you might want to go through your inp file and get rid of any
defaults that aren't current.
