[Bldg-sim] WATSUN collector inputs

Is anyone familiar with the Collector Test Data inputs for the WATSUN 2009 solar thermal modeling program?  The program asks for 5 "Test Parameter" inputs A through E that relate to the equation, "Q = Area ((A + B dT) Akt H - (C + D dT) dT - E)" with no reference to a testing protocol or information source.  The units for the variables are:  A (dimensionless), B (1/deg C), C (W/m^2/deg C), D (W/m^2/deg C^2), and E (W/m^2).  I haven't been able to find collector data that relates to these inputs.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
