[Bldg-sim] Process load assumptions for a

Dear Building Sim,
Does anyone have information on process loads for a cafeteria kitchen?
This is for an academic project, so any and all examples would be helpful.
We're looking for any info you can give us such as: power density,
schedule, fraction lost, latent fraction, radiant fraction.  Thank you in
