I'm not sure how you have to report your CEU's or how technical or
discipline specific your training needs are, however, if you can self
report - two subscription services that seem to offer some fairly high
quality courses in numerous topics, Revit, Bentley, Word, Excel, C++,
Access, SQL Server, etc. are Lynda.com
(http://www.lynda.com/<http://www.lynda.com/member.aspx>)
and Infinite Skills.  Annual premium subscription to Lynda is around
$325.00 and to Infinite Skills (http://www.infiniteskills.com/)  is about
$120.00.  With both sites you can track your courses and your progress.
