[Bldg-sim] Building Simulation Stackexchange Proposal made it to the Commitment Phase!

If you have a reputation of over 200 on another 
stackexchange site (like stackoverflow) please commit to the 
Building Simulation proposal. It needs more people with 
existing reputations on stackexchange to move forward to the 
next stage.
