[Bldg-sim] performance evaluation in France

Dear,

As for the whole of Europe, also in France performance evaluation tools
have been developped according to the EU directive.
I am trying to see how new innovative technologies can be implemented in
France. Generally they have to pass specific tests and can receive a
certification if the quality is high enough.

Could anyone provide me further information on this certification procedure?
