[Bldg-sim] Energy-10 manuals

Dear colleagues:

I wonder if any of you could know where can I find Technical or Engineer's 
manuals of Energy-10 simulation engine.

I am interested in particular in the model that it uses to calculate heat 
transfer through underground floors.

Any help is welcome.
