Also remember fan coils may only be able to turn down to a certain point
under cooling before the diffuser/ ceiling loses the coanda effect. The
cold air detaches from the ceiling and dumps on occupants.

When designing vav fan coil systems, our engineers typically work to 60%
turn down.
