[Bldg-sim] Announcing two new IBPSA Affiliates -- IBPSA-Mexico and IBPSA-Pakistan

The IBPSA board is pleased to announce the establishment of two new IBPSA affiliates in Mexico and Pakistan.

Professor Ivan Oropeza-Perez of the Universidad de las Americas Puebla in Cholula, Puebla is the first president of IBPSA-Mexico and Jose Luis Jaspeado-Escalona will be affiliate representative to the IBPSA Board.

Dr. Naghman Khan of Zero Energy Technology in Lahore is the first president of IBPSA-Pakistan will be the affiliate representative to the IBPSA Board.

This brings IBPSA to 30 affiliates covering 40 countries worldwide (with more in the works).  IBPSA membership is now nearly 5,000 worldwide. Both IBPSA-Pakistan and IBPSA-Mexico are setting up web sites which will be listed on the IBPSA web site (www.ibpsa.org<http://www.ibpsa.org>).

Congratulations to both IBPSA-Pakistan and IBPSA-Mexico!
If you know of other countries or regions that might be ready to create IBPSA affiliates, please let the Regional Affiliate Development committee know.
