Mohit,

An update of the IFCtoIDF utility has been posted to the Yahoo 
EnergyPlus Support Group site at the following location.  Hopefully this 
will help solve your problems.  Note that the only Autodesk product that 
supports IFC is Architectural Desktop 3.
