Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] Shading control

To do this:

1. In MATERIAL:WINDOWBLIND set
    Slat angle = 105
2. In WINDOWSHADINGCONTROL set
    Shading Control Type = AlwaysOn
   Type of Slat Angle Control for Blinds = FixedSlatAngle

Note that "AlwaysOn" means that the blind will be in place day and night.
