You can use the weatherconverter (that comes with EnergyPlus) to turn a 
.epw file into a .csv file for viewing in a spreadsheet.  Saved as a .csv 
file, the converter can then read it back and produce a .epw for running 
with EnergyPlus.

And, of course, while in the spread sheet you can modify, use the native 
charting features to graph, etc.  I believe this is covered in the 
Auxiliary programs document.
