There is no direct way to input loads on the air system.  You would have to do 
that by using a near-adiabatic zone and scheduled internal loads.  I think you 
can specify a negative equipment load, but I have not tried that myself, so 
proceed with caution and check the results carefully.  In the next release, 
there will be an option to specify a plant (chillers and boilers) load without 
modeling the building and air handling systems.
