Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] Mac user experience
We thought we were close on a Mac version in April.
As the E+ team has little experience with compiling
and setups for the Mac, an outside company was
working on it. In the end they decided not to release
it (too many restrictions from the compiler). They
may consider releasing it later...
If someone has experience with Mac compilers, setups,
etc and wants to step forward with a Mac version, we
be delighted.

I tried using a windows emulator called "Virtual PC". It was so painfully
slow that I bought a windows machine just to run EnergyPlus.
I'd be delighted if there was a release for Macintosh.
