Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] some questions

1. Run a file comparison on the idf and eio files to find out what was
different between the two runs. The presence of a weather file can override
the location data for a design day run. Perhaps this is what changed?

2. There are no throttling ranges in EnergyPlus. All controls attempt to meet
the setpoint if possible.

3. Typically, this is set to meet the minimum outside air requirements for the
zones and to assure a minimum amount of cirulation in the space. Consult an
HVAC handbook for more guidance. Values in the range of 0.2 to 0.3 are common.

4. For examples of humidity control, see 5ZoneWaterCooled_HighRHControl.idf
(chilled water system) or FurnaceWithDXSystemRHcontrol.idf (DX packaged system)
in the ExampleFiles folder.
