Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] Electricity:Plan Problem

These comments reference file "~LG test20 singlepump 01.idf". I presume that
similar issues exist in the other input file.

1. This run is for the months of September and October, but all systems are
scheduled off for October thru March (see SCHEDULE, FCU/AHU Sched).

2. The cooling coils are not operating, because the control nodes are
incorrect. All water coils are controlled at the water inlet node. In the
CONTROLLER:SIMPLE objects, the "Actuator Node" must be the cooling coil water
*inlet* node, not the outlet node. In the FAN COIL UNIT:4 PIPE objects, the
"cold water control node" must be the cooling coil water *inlet* node, not the
outlet node.

3. Cooling availability is shut off in October thru March, in both the
cooling coils and in the zone thermostat, but the zones are overheating in
October which indicates a need for cooling for more of the year.
