[EnergyPlus_Support] Run around coil for air loop

I have just uploaded a file attempting to employ a run around coil in an air
loop (named "9run_around_coil_attempt.idf" in the "Problem Submittals/Sam
Roose" folder. I haven't found any examples for this as yet but the order of
elements in the air loop should be:

Supply fan (blowing air through at around 23 degrees in summer)
Main heating coil (taking hot water from a boiler - maintaining 23 degrees
in summer as it is switched off)
Run around cooling coil (cooling to around 18 degrees)
Main cooling coil (taking chilled water from a chiller and cooling to 10
degrees)
Run around heating coil (Heating to 15 degrees would allow 15 degree water
to come back to the run around cooling coil thus reducing cooling load -
this is done using a pump).

I am not sure what this run around system would require in the way of a
water loop, and how the heat recovery could be simulated. Any help on this
is much appreciated.
