Look at the IOReference on "Inside Convection and Outside Convection 
Algorithms".  Page #15, page 45 in the PDF.  There is also the possibility 
of "User Convection Coefficients" which is described starting at page # 
186, page 216 in the PDF.  These are further described in the Engineering 
Reference.
