EnergyPlus does not have a VRV system model.  The best approximation for what 
you describe would be to use UNITARYSYSTEM:HEATPUMP:WATERTOAIR.  Example file 
HeatPumpWaterToAir uses this system with a ground heat exchanger, but it can 
work with any type of equipment on the water side.
