[EnergyPlus_Support] about the humidity ratio

Dear all:
    I wondered what this warnning means:
** Warning ** SizeWaterCoil: Coil="COIL-ZONE", Cooling Coil has leaving 
humidity ratio > entering humidity ratio.
   **   ~~~   ** ..will be sized for 50% of design entering humidity 
ratio.
    The temperature difference between the supply cooling water and 
return water is less than 1 degree.And my design loop delta t is 5 
degree.I don't know why it's so small.I need your suggestion.
